If you're stuck on a lab then it's best to check the student forum and see if there are any related posts. We constantly check our labs to ensure that all answers are correct and that any appropriate variations are accepted as correct answers. Please do not immediately assume the lab is broken, and keep trying!

If you're experiencing a technical issue with our labs, and you have a stable internet connection, then it's a good idea to get in touch. Please raise a ticket and include as much information as you can, including the lab you were working on, the issue, and screenshots as supporting evidence. We'll get back to you as soon as we can! Make sure to close the lab so you don't waste any lab time!
