BTL2 Exam Issue

If you're having an issue with your exam attempt then you should use the 'Reset Exam Environment' button at the top of the lab client. This will completely restart the exam lab without affecting the timer. Please note that you will lose any progress made within the lab, but is the perfect way to restore all systems.

If you continue to experience the issue then we want to know about it straight away. Please raise a ticket with as much details as you can about the issue(s) you're facing, along with screenshots as supporting evidence. We'll try to help you as soon as possible, but please consider our working hours.

Please do not end your exam if you are experiencing an issue - we can investigate it in the live environment.
